We’re committed to delivering through out the holiday season and the current pandemic. Please read below for some additional information regarding our delivery procedures.
Please note that due to the pandemic & the temporary impact of Brexit, delivery times maybe extended.
Free delivery is to UK mainland addresses only. Due to recent increases in our tariff, particularly to ‘Two Day Locations’, (which includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight) we have had to restrict our free shipping over £30 to DPD Next Day (UK) locations.
For ‘Two Day’ locations, shipping will be free over £100 spend and is capped at £20.
Within the UK, fresh items once dispatched are sent on a next day service. However due to the nature of harvesting schedules, we do not guarantee same day dispatch. All fresh orders will be dispatched in a timely manner usually a maximum of 2-3 working days from purchase. If you require something more quickly, Whatsapp Us or email firstname.lastname@example.org
International Delivery for fresh items is made by DHL Express. We only offer an international service for fresh items to addresses in Europe & Scandanavia – again this is next day from day of dispatch. The price is calculated based on location and items are usually dispatched within 72hrs.
We now offer delivery to any country in the world. For an accurate shipping cost, please load your basked and then visit the checkout page.
Delivery is usually next day after dispatch and we aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs.
Our fastest delivery option is DPD Next Day – please note, you need to order by 1pm and it does exclude certain items (For example fresh goods which require longer time to prepare).
At the moment we do not have a timed delivery option, nor do we offer the option to nominate delivery for a specific day.
However, if you’ve got a special request, please do leave it in your order notes and we will do our best to comply.

First of all – we’re sorry to hear this. Unfortunately from time to time our delivery partners will delay, lose or damage things.
However, we believe in a first class service – so if any thing is lost, delayed or damaged, we will do our upmost to put this right for you. We can usually get a replacement to you next day, however please be advised that seasonal delays can affect the speed of Royal Mail services – if you require something urgently, please use a courier option.
