Truely Versatile Chilli Jams

Because of their versatile nature, our chilli jams are amongst our favourite chilli products. They're delicious on canapés, in stir fries, with a cream tea or simply in a toasties. All our jams are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Here is a little insight into our growing and production operation.

Growing our own chilli

We proudly grow all of our habanero chilli on our own farm in Rwanda. By controlling our chilli production from seed to finished product we are able to ensure our jam tastes the same every time. It also enables us to contribute to the growth of Rwandan agricultural export. Rwanda's verdant soil has much improved our growing operations.

Cooking the jam in Portsmouth, UK

We cook all of our products in our central kitchen in Portsmouth, UK. We've been based here for 8 years and manufacture a range of condiments. We source our cider vinegar from a local farm and our red bell peppers are from West Sussex. These ingredients are combined with our chillies, British apples and British sugar.

Testing each batch for sale

Every batch of jam we produce is tested before we put it on sale. We check consistency (we like a jam with a good set), heat level (from time to time even milder chillies can have a rogue heat level) and most importantly flavour - we obsessively believe that every product should taste identical. The final product is jarred at over 100 Degrees C
