Our chillies are grown sustainably and ethically in Rwanda, the heart of Africa. A versatile pepper, these dried chillies can be crushed to add to a rub, salt or oil. Alternatively simmer your dish with one floating on top to add some heat and flavour.

Hot but not scorching hot, the kind of sauce i will happily eat with a spoon, because the flavour is deep and satisfying (yes the reaper sauce). so excited to try the other 8 sauces i ordered.
