Our Scotch Bonnet Chillies are grown on our farm in Rwanda. This chilli is fiesty packing upto 350,000 shu. They're perfect for adding heat and flavour to African and Caribbean dishes alike.
Originally a native species of the Caribbean, the Scotch Bonnet is closely related to the Habanero making it perfect for South American Dishes too.
Simply pop one pod into warm water for 20minutes to rehydrate it or crush/cut up and use sparingly in soups, stews and casseroles.

Hot but not scorching hot, the kind of sauce i will happily eat with a spoon, because the flavour is deep and satisfying (yes the reaper sauce). so excited to try the other 8 sauces i ordered.
