This sauce was created by Nki (pronounced Inky) who grew up in the South West of Nigeria, Africa. Her aunt was an excellent cook. As a young child, she remembers going to the market every Saturday to buy fresh ingredients to make tasty sauces.
Years later when she had moved to London, she noticed there were no Afro-Caribbean sauces available on the supermarket shelves. This inspired her to recreated her Aunt’s recipe for Chilli Inc using fresh ingredients. Her sauces – slow-cooked the traditional way without any artificial preservatives, will give you the Taste of Africa!
