Simply pour this delicious hot green chilli sauce over cooked rice, beans, pasta and couscous. Use as a marinade, for grilling, in stews and add to stir fries. Or, use it your way and impress your friends and family with true African cooking. This green chilli sauce is perfect with jollof rice or pasta and completely vegan friendly. Made using spicy chilli & locust beans whose health benefits range from assisting with lowering blood pressure and cholesterol to weight loss. This sauce was created by Nki (pronounced Inky) who grew up in the South West of Nigeria, Africa. Her aunt was an excellent cook. As a young child, she remembers going to the market every Saturday to buy fresh ingredients to make tasty sauces. Years later when she had moved to London, she noticed there were no Afro-Caribbean sauces available on the supermarket shelves. This inspired her to recreated her Aunt’s recipe for Chilli Inc using fresh ingredients. Her sauces - slow-cooked the traditional way without any artificial preservatives, will give you the Taste of Africa!
