Fresh chillies and spices fermented for up to 6 weeks are lovingly infused with naval rum. The delicious combination of sweet and savoury flavours are ideally suited to pasta dishes, chilli con carnes, stews and hot pots. For the more adventurous, why not make a spicy mojito (or Piña Colada) and bring out the rum flavour even further.

Hot but not scorching hot, the kind of sauce i will happily eat with a spoon, because the flavour is deep and satisfying (yes the reaper sauce). so excited to try the other 8 sauces i ordered.
