Kambuzi is a rich, tangy sauce with African piri piri (kambuzi, “little goat”) chillies, Zambian honey and sun-dried tomatoes. Kambuzi can be added to grilled meats and vegetables either as a marinade or directly on your food. It does wonders on a burger!

I tried this at the chilli festival at West Dean House and loved it!
Perfect on meats or add a little to spaghetti dishes for that extra zing!
Hot but also great flavours to enjoy… it wont knock your head off, but you will still get your chilli kick 🙂

I have a vast array of chilli/spicy sauces and dips and this is in my top 5 easily. It’s powerful but clean and very flavoursome. It’s not one for fans of mild sauces but it doesn’t hurt when you eat it, yet you get a real good kick and amazing flavour. I like to BBQ chicken breasts and apply the sauce with a brush right at the end, then finish for a minute or two on each side then serve. Really can’t recommend it enough.

Love this sauce! Awesome flavour, nice amount of heat if you like it hot but not crazy hot. Great with chicken, spaghetti and even with pizza or cheese on toast!
Tried it at a local food festival (Stone) and bought a bottle, back for more, Would recommend!
