Kambuzi is a rich, tangy sauce with African piri piri (kambuzi, “little goat”) chillies, Zambian honey and sun-dried tomatoes. Kambuzi can be added to grilled meats and vegetables either as a marinade or directly on your food. It does wonders on a burger!
Red Peppers, Cyder Vinegar, Tomatoes, Lemon Juice, Rapeseed Oil, Zambian Honey (3%), Garlic, Onion, Sun-Dried Tomatoes (2%), Water, Paprika, Salt, Piri Piri Chillies (1%), Black Pepper, Oregano, Bay Leaves.
Shake well before use. Once opened, consume within three months.
