 Simply pour this delicious hot chilli sauce over cooked rice, beans, pasta and couscous. Use as a marinade, for grilling, in stews and add to stir fries. Or, use it your way and impress your friends and family with true African cooking. This hot chilli sauce is perfect with jollof rice or pasta and is completely vegan friendly. Taste Africa with this spicy chilli. Created by Nki (pronounced Inky) who grew up in the South West of Nigeria, Africa. Her aunt was an excellent cook and as a young child, she remembers going to the market every Saturday to buy fresh ingredients to make tasty sauces. Years later when she had moved to London, she noticed there were no Afro-Caribbean let alone Nigerian sauces available on the supermarket shelves. This inspired her to recreated her Aunt's recipe for Chilli Inc using fresh ingredients, slow-cooked the traditional way without any additives or artificial preservatives. Her sauces will give you the Taste of Africa and a memorable experience.
