Scotch Bonnet Chilli Mash
The Scotch Bonnet Chilli has a heat rating of 200-250,000 Scovilles (SHU). This is over 50 times hotter than your average Jalapeno Chilli! This chilli puree has a 70% chilli content. It can be used sparingly in place of fresh or dried chillies for a wide variety of cooking applications. Try adding it to spice up a marinade, curry or stir fry. A little goes a long way!
