Scotch Bonnet Chilli Mash is a delicious, very hot chilli puree. It can be used for various cooking applications or in moderation as a condiment. This mash is made using the finest quality Rwandan Scotch Bonnet Chillies.

Scotch Bonnet Chilli Mash

The Scotch Bonnet Chilli has a heat rating of 200-250,000 Scovilles (SHU). This is over 50 times hotter than your average Jalapeno Chilli! This chilli puree has a 70% chilli content. It can be used sparingly in place of fresh or dried chillies for various cooking applications. Try adding it to spice up a marinade, curry or stir fry. A little goes a long way!

Following anything from a 2 to 12-month fermentation stage, we heat treat and pack our chilli mash for your enjoyment. All our products are made in the UK using chillies sourced from quality Rwandan and UK sources with full traceability.

Amazing Product

This is such a versatile product. I use this on my scrambled eggs on a morning and mix it into my beef stir frys on a evening.

Exactly what it says it is… puréed chilli and good heat. Weirdly, I wouldn’t say it was overly Scotch Bonnety! Which as I say is a little weird seeing as that’s all it is… very good though and will definitely get again
