Eat The Bits Ketchup is a Japanese-style chilli ketchup with a hint of togarashi spice, sake, and mirin. Its smooth, dippable texture allows for easy marinating, making it great for various dishes.

Eat the Bits Ketchup is the latest in Tonkotsu's trio of addictive chilli oil infusions. Combining de Arbol chilli flakes, shichimi togarashi (a typical Japanese seven-spice mixture), miso for depth of flavour and tomato ketchup, this is a more dippable sauce. Spread it on your sandwich, mix it through mayo, or eat it with a spoon. It's also a fantastic marinade for chicken wings!

Sooo Yummy

My daughter gave me some to try and au absolutely loved it. Lovely kick to it but not too hot. I use it on everything ! I loved it so much that when I found it in a local Chinese supermarket I bought another 4 jars. Honestly it’s such a lovely accompaniment

The last thing I smothered in this was a baked potato. Perfect. Goes with everything - well, everything I've tried so far! Love it. Everything from One Stop Chilli Shop always looks great, is brilliantly packaged and arrives so quickly! My new favourite online shop. Might have to make a trip to Birmingham to visit Tonkotsu!
