Product description

This delicious vegan Worcestershire Sauce has all the tart umami flavours of traditional Worcestershire sauce but is entirely fish-free. Its smell and taste are identical to the original Worcestershire sauce, but it combines fermented shitake mushrooms and seaweed instead of the traditional anchovies to mimic the flavours.

Ingredients: Distilled Malt Vinegar (from Barley), Brown Sugar, Onions, Water, Salt, Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Colour E150a, Sugar, Soybeans 10%, Wheat), Mushrooms, Lemons, Tamarind, Garlic, Seaweed, Cloves, Ginger, Dried Chilli
