One evening, a keen-eyed team member spotted hundreds of kilograms of ripe bananas at Morrisons that were destined for disposal. A quick call to our recipe development chef led us to transform this potential waste into a delightful banana delicacy.
We rescued every banana and swiftly transported them to our cold storage. Within hours, we peeled and processed the fruits, resulting in our first batch of Banana Jam! What began as a small adventure rapidly turned into a global sensation, winning the hearts of banana lovers from cruise liners to the UAE and even finding a home on Amazon.
